Vacation Notice: A Sticky Post

I will be away on vacation from February 18th, 2009 – March 4th, 2009 (inclusive). Therefore, I may not be able to check in as often as possible because we will be visiting family friends and just generally having a really super time in Florida. However, I will add links to current blog topics in this sticky post as time permits and, of course, you are most welcome to leave your comments at any time in any blog topic here on MasterclassLady.Com.

  3. Yes, imagine that being away from all of the snow must be very nice right now! I just want to wish you and all your family a stupendous time in Florida! Have a safe trip and make some wonderful memories as you live this time to the fullest. God bless!

  4. Thanks so much Galen. It is cold down here though, but the “forced” relaxation is a good thing. Nice to connect with family members again.:)

  5. I was just wondering something, MCL. Will you get to visit Disney World while you’re in Florida? If I were there, I’d definitely want to check out what that American Idol Experience thing was about. Though it is too bad you were a week late to enjoy all of the performances from past Idols and stuff. Anyway, I hope things warm up a bit there for you. It would definitely be strange visiting Florida without being able to enjoy a sunny day at the beach! Still, being with family is what is most important, so I guess that’s all that really matters! Have fun!

  8. Hey MCL glad you are getting a well deserved vacation. Have you had the chance to hear David Archuletas song Zero Gravity? I don’t know why Jive didn’t put it on the album. Here is a link to him singing it in Richmond last night.

Enjoy your vacation and get some rest. Oh and enjoy David! 🙂

  12. Hey MCL,

Hope you’re enjoying your vacation. I haven’t been over here in awhile, so I’m not sure if you’re aware of all the Jason news.

He had a long appearance on this week’s Idol Wrap. At the end of it he sang “Love Uncompromised”. The song will be available on iTunes on Tuesday 3/3. Then on Wednesday, he’ll be performing it on the Idol results show.

Here are some videos from the show posted by dare2dreamJC…

    Enjoy!

  15. Hooray for David and Jason! LOL Seriously, I am very happy for the both of them and the monumental success they have experienced after their season ended. I listened to “Zero Gravity” and I was truly BLOWN AWAY! It was awesome in every sense of the word! I don’t know what David’s record label was thinking not including that track on his album. I’d give about anything to have a good quality audio of that song! It seems to me that the best songs David has are the ones that he had a part in writing. I say just let him write most of his songs on his second album. He’s the whole package, so let him shine!

Oh, and I hope you are still having a glorious vacation, MCL! I pray you have a safe trip back as well!

  16. Well, unfortunately, according to Jason’s website, he won’t be on Idol Wednesday and his song won’t be out on iTunes on Tuesday. There is no new date for the song release. And, if scheduling permits, he may still be on Idol this season. *sniff sniff*

  17. Oh, that’s too bad about Jason. Kim and Justin on Idol Chat made it sound like he was going to be on the show next week . . . Come to think of it though, I can imagine that all of the madness that is wild card week may have made it difficult to squeeze in time for Jason to perform. Hopefully, he’ll get to perform later on in the season though. I just hope David Archuleta will be able to be on an episode this season with his spring tour going on and all.
