Four guest judges – Neil Patrick Harris, Michael Bublé, Piers Morgan and Marlon Wayans – will be added to the judging panel on America’s Got Talent beginning July 14th.

Here is the news release from NBC.Com

“File this under #amazing – Neil Patrick Harris, Michael Bublé, Piers Morgan and Marlon Wayans will be guest judges for America’s Got Talent! Each week beginning Tuesday, July 14, one of the AGT judges will invite a guest judge to help decide which acts have what it takes to perform live for America’s vote. Howard Stern will invite Neil Patrick Harris, Heidi Klum will bring Michael Bublé, Mel B will work with Piers Morgan and Howie Mandel will call on Marlon Wayans to be the fifth judge on the panel. The guest judges will also have an additional advantage: they can use the Golden Buzzer on their favorite acts (just like Howie did for Drew Lynch) and send them to Radio City Music Hall without any consultation from the AGT judges”

As excited as I am to see Michael Buble and Neil Patrick Harris on this show, am I the only one “bummed out” that there is not even one female in this group? i mean, really?

Call me crazy but I think this show is a perfect fit for someone like Ellen De Generes.  Or Tina Fey or Amy Poehler. The list is endless when you think about it.

Can you think of a female guest judge that would be perfect for this show? If so, add you comments below.  I am excited  to see this new twist this year plus the Golden Buzzer is also a fantastic idea.

Week One showcased some remarkable talent. Who is your favourite thus far?
