The mentor for the Top 9 show will be Boy George. Remember him?  This should be very entertaining.

Also, if you wish to be spoiled before the show, I have added a blog topic HERE for your perusal.

Although 11 singers will be perched on the chairs during this Wednesday’s show, only 9 will be singing due to “The Save” being  used on Qaasim last week. This means that a double elimination will be in place this week.

American Idol airs on Wednesday, March 25th at 8:00 PM on Fox.

And, as I am home from vacation, the Vocal Masterclass articles will begin this week for the Top 9.

Will Qaasim redeem himself this week?  Will Clark rule the evening once again?  There were some wonderful performances last week but Clark was absolutely brilliant, with Joey a fairly close second.

  5. Can’t believe David Hasselhof was just on. Not a fan!

  6. I don’t remember Hasselhof as a singer – but mind you I was busy with babies during his era so don’t remember him much at all. Mr. Dressup on the other hand…..

  7. I am still mesmerized by Quentin. His voice to my ears is very good and he has something special performance wise. He takes watchers on a journey. Best of night Quentin, Clark (he is a very good singer but he doesn’t move me) Nick and Jax. Some parts of Jax’s performance were magical others a train wreck. Hoff was terrible, as was Daniel and Rayvon. I hope they go in succession.

  8. peggy, to me that thing with Hasselhof was really rather creepy. the young girls and the creepy old guy. interestingly enough he was REALLY big in europe ‘in the old days’: really loud screaming crowds. i don’t know about now. but actually he looked really good, he’s lost a lot of weight. he’s always been an idol fan.

  9. Have you seen the Hoff in the first SpongeBob movie. Hysterical. Just saying he does have a sense of humor.
