Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. Performing With Patti Labelle During America’s Got Talent Finale

I don’t know if y’all were experiencing sound issues during this live performance of Landau Eugene Murphy Jr. and Patti Labelle, but we were definitely hurting here in Canada. It was frustrating. All we could hear was noise mixed in with dissonant harmony. Awful!

Look and listen to what we missed. Landau disrobed his Frank Sinatra coat and channelled some serious R&B in the company of his idol, Patti Labelle. What a revelation, This guy can sing pretty well anything.

If you happened to miss it or were plagued by sound issues, check out the video below. What a moment!

  1. Thank you MCL, that was MUCH better than what I heard on TV! Landau sure has a lot of natural stage presence and I know he will do well.

  2. You are most welcome, awestruck. The audio was terrible for both the performance and results finale. Frustrating. Thank heavens for YouTube, huh?

  3. Ours sounded great. This was the most relaxed Landau had been the entire season. It was good to hear another genre from him. Patti still has “it”!

  4. Agreed Kariann. He was just waiting to be discovered. What a talent!
