Boy, that was quick! We are already at the Top 22 showdown. I guess all the reality shows are on fast forward this season due to an overall ratings slump.
I am sure this show rates well in the Nielsons because it does deserve to be at the top of the heap.
The producers really understand the art of entertaining and have applied a creative and dramatic approach to this very competitive cooking show.
The pace is frantic but still leaves room for air. The camera work is very precise and extremely creative.
And make no mistake – this show is craftily edited. The sporadic interviews interspersed with the cooking challenges make for an exciting culinary ride.

KariAnn. – you can’t watch everything. Otherwise, we would never sleep. Ha! I started watching MasterChef on the advice of my youngest daughter and became hooked. It is an incredibly produced show. There is a storyline throughout each segment. Pretty amazing.
