And then there were 5!   With two more weeks of performances, we are already deep into the semi final week of Season 8 of The Voice.

All  the judges are represented in this very talented group of singers pictured above. Teams Adam, Blake and Christina have one singer remaining in the Semi – Finals and Team Pharrell has two singers remaining and they are fierce!  Fierce I tell ya!

However, at the end of the day, only one seems to be creating impressive chaos on the iTunes chart and that would be the uniquely talented Sawyer Fredericks.  Unless something goes terribly wrong on Monday’s live show, his destination will be the number one spot of The Voice Season 8.  At this point, he is pretty unstoppable.

I will be providing updates as they come available throughout the day, so check back often.

The Voice Season 8 hits your TV screen on Monday, May 10th at 8:00 PM on NBC, followed by the Results Show on Tuesday, May 11th at the same time and station.

It should be an exciting show. Who are you rooting for?  I will be honest – I want to see a Sawyer/India Top 2 but India  will have to pull out an amazing couple of songs tonight to override Meghan, Josh and Koryn go train.

  3. From the beginning I thought Sawyer would do well with a protest song. To be honest, this one particular one did not occur to me, be he did great with it.

  4. Speaking of Sawyer, on the iTunes Rock chart he currently holds all spots from 1 – 12, except for 3 and 4 which both go to Joshua. That seems somewhat incredible.
