Any Collabro fans out there?  Somewhere?  I am betting that there are a ton of you waiting to share your love about this phenomenal group known as Collabro

Collabro  was discovered and signed by Simon Cowell when they overwhelmingly won the 2014 version of Britain’s Got Talent. According to Wikipedia, “the group consists of Michael Auger, Jamie Lambert, Matthew Pagan and Thomas J. Redgrave, and previously, Richard Hadfield until his departure from the band in June 2016.”

Although no longer associated with Simon Cowell, the group has ammased an enviable following, with their most avid fans being known as The Collaborators.  Throughout their short career, their fans have remained steadfast and true and have catapulted their rise to stardom.

Their combined charisma and impeccable vocal talent and style have nurtured their enormous success. Each singer is a fabulous vocal talent in his own right and this makes the group a Quadruple Threat.

As a musical theatre junkie, this is totally my kind of group. With their gorgeous harmonies and creative musical arrangements, musical theatre songs take on a new life and are raised to atellar heights.

They have released three albums to date and all are available on iTunes, Amazon or Apple Muaic.

Their most recent album, Home, is absolutely delicious.  So much variety!  It features music from Funny Girl,  Beauty and The Beast, Les Miserables, A Little Night Music and so much more. There truly is something for everyone and the production of the album is top notch.

As someone who cherishes “Don’t Rain On My Parade“, I was interested to hear 4 guys sing this song versus the original Barbra Streisand version. It is different and took a bit of getting used to but once I adapted to the swing version of this song, I was good to go.

And speaking of La Streisand, wouldn’t it be a dream come true if she collaborated with Collabro for an album?  Imagine, the Broadway diva singing with this fabulous Broadway quartet?  It seems like a logical occurrence to me.  Like a natural fit!  Calling all Collaborators. Let’s make this happen.

You can purchase Home on iTunes or stream it on Apple Music

You can follow Collabro on Facebook, Twitter and Instagram

Have a listen to their gorgeous version of  Beauty And The Beast and For Good from Wicked featured below.

MasterClass Lady, this is my son’s group. I love how you are moved by the boys singing. You put it so succinctly. A collaboration with the legendary ‘Barbra of Streisand’ would be phenomenal 🙂 Vocally Collabro are going from strength to strength, there’s no telling where they will end up. Thank you for your wonderful review.

  7. Collabro, does move from strength to strength, there isn’t a weak link among them. Their music causes, goosebumps, chills, tears and smiles; they can heal what ails you. I’ve been lucky enough to see them live twice, traveling about 3000 miles round trip both times they been in the US. Not only are the very talented and full of charisma but they gift their talents and time to need causes. A group that definitely full of humanity and grace.

  9. Gabriella – thank you so much for your kind comments and for stooping by. This review is long overdue. My daughter and I are in love with Collabro. I cannot imagine how proud you must be as a parent to see this level of success for your son. I hope and pray that Barbra Streisand takes notice and included them on her next album. It seems so logical to me. I will send her an Instagram message. Also, I will message David Foster on Instagram as well. One can only hope, right? Nothing ventured, nothing gained. 🙏🏻🌹

  12. Always happy to see another Collaborator! I’ve been a huge fan since their audition for BGT. I’m also a musical theater fan, and not only is Les Mis one of my favorite musicals, but Stars is one of my favorite songs ever. And here was this boy band singing a phenomenal version of it. All those who fell in love with them at their audition are beyond lucky that they have gone on to such success, gracing us with three albums and many concerts.
