This week, the Top 11 singers compete for your votes on The Voice.  The performance show airs on Monday, November 21st at 8:00 PM on NBC while the results show airs on Tuesday, November 22nd at 8:00 PM.

Last week, the talented Sa’Rayah who was part of Alicia Keys team was eliminated and Aaron Gibson from Miley Cyrus‘ team was awarded the Instant Save.

Billy Gilman appears to be a huge favorite on this show and on this blogging site but there are still many talented singers left on that stage. A dark horse may surprise you.

Who are you rooting for?  Please share your thoughts in the comments section.

  1. Based on iTunes, Ali is in trouble this week. Like Sa’Rayah last week, she didn’t chart.

  2. Well we all know how this show is and they necessarily don’t pick the most marketable contestant… This is Billy Gilman’s season to lose. He is not only marketable but he is also an extraordinary singer. He goes on that stage and owns it and he draws in and captivates his audience…. That rendition of Adele’s All I ask left me awe struck….. What a voice….. This is how you win a competition, it is not only about a voice, but as Simon Cowell would say song choice….Way to go Billy, show them what a true artist is……

  4. Really? Is he doing well? I don’t watch the voice often enough to see how prior winners do…..

  5. From what I’ve read, The Voice producer Mark Burnett and his wife, Roma Downey, took Jordan under their wings and have given him tons of major promo.

Looks like iTunes rankings aren’t going to always be an indicator of who’s in danger. Ali escaped the bottom 2 even though she was the only member of the Top 11 not to crack the Top 200 on the iTunes singles chart.

  6. idol girl, based on itunes rankings, i was shocked to see aaron in the bottom again.

carson is talking about ‘new ways of voting’ (and starting early), etc. my take on that is that that must have stirred things up in The Voice voting world. maybe to get away of the kind of predictability of those who check itunes.

i hadn’t yet watched the show at the time of voting, and i’d gone to itunes to check it out. my favorite of the itunes cuts was darby’s song. i played that over and over, so i was shocked to see her voted out. well, maybe i shouldn’t be shocked, the ones i like always seem to go first.

however, darby’s song was definitely in the middle of the pack, she was not in the bottom, and aaron was above her. sooo….i’m wondering about this ‘new way of voting’ (sponsored by amazon) thing. 😦

it’s funny, i normally do not want to know any kind of spoilers, but with The Voice it is different, since we are seeing things on itunes.

i just checked itunes. aaron is still charting. low but charting. and two others. so the people who buy music are definitely in his corner. sundance and billy gilman are also charting. and someone else’s version of ‘you don’t own me’ which darby sang is there.

  8. Just like many other girls with quirky voices out there in the music industry these days, Darby always sounded pitchy to me.
