We are down to this talented group of 10 singers but I am very sad to see that one of my favorite singers, Mia Z from Team Pharrell, was not voted through to the Top 10.

I don’t know about you, but her dismissal took the wind out of my sails – it was incredible that such an extraordinary young talent did not receive one of the two Twitter Saves.  I mean no disrespect to the other two singers who were voted through but Mia Z is a once in a lifetime “find”. A true vocal prodigy. She is The Voice.

Oh well, enough of the pity party at my end. Time to celebrate those who did garner enough votes for the Top 10.

And they are:

Team Blake Shelton

  • Corey Kent White
  • Hannah Kirby
  • Meghan Linsey

Team Pharrell Williams

  • Koryn Hawthorne
  • Sawyer Fredericks

Team Adam Levine

  • Deanna Johnson
  • Joshua Davis.

Team Christina Aguilera

  • India Carney
  • Rob Taylor
  • Kimberly Nichole

It all starts on Monday, April 20th with the Results airing on Tuesday, April 21st at 8:00 PM on NBC.

You can access the song spoilers over HERE

Sawyer Fredericks is pretty much ruling iTunes so I think this win is his to lose. Love this kid!

Best of luck to all the singers tonight.  Comments are now open for business.

  1. I TOTALLY agree about Mia. She has a rare talent. She was voted off because she sings blues instead of mainstream pop. What a shame.

  2. Am I the only one who finds Koryn’s voice harsh? Not a fan at all. Such an unpleasant timbre.

  3. MCL, I can’t wait to see Sawyer in his own concert. It will be extra awesome when he’s in charge of his own production. Sometimes I thing the singing shows (Idol included) do too much with the music and background vocals, etc. I much prefer a stripped down version of practically anything. I think that suits Sawyer just as I think it suits one of our other favorites, David A.

  6. Janey – I will be shocked if Sawyer doesn’t win this thing. He is such a unique artist. Sort of in his own creative world and I am eating it up big time. He is genuine and real and we need a singer like this in today’s cookie cutter music biz.

  7. I think Sawyer is going to be the winner. Everyone else is fighting for the runner-up position.

  9. Yes, I saw that. Smart move for ratings. All the judges together for a reunion. I wonder if they will perform as a group?

  10. What a difference a season makes. Last year Adam’s team stayed intact. This year he only has one left.

  11. I thought for sure that country boy on Blake’s team would be in the bottom. Never underestimate the country vote.

  12. The Voice is the total opposite of Idol. Out of the 8, there’s only 3 guys left in the competition. On Idol, there’s only 2 girls left of the 6 contestants left.
