Well it is officially summer! And our favorite summertime pastime, America’s Got Talent, is set to premiere on Tuesday, May 27th on NBC at 8:00 PM.

Back again are zany host, Nick Cannon, alongside judges Howard Stern, Heidi Klum, Mel B. and Howie Mandel.

Hmph! Howard Mandel. I wonder if he is going to carry on his mission to destroy and devalue the art of singing as he so rudely and unjustifiably carried out when faced with the artistic excellence of last year’s Top 4 Finalist, Forte.

If so, this is going to be a very long, frustrating and maddening season.

Memo to Howie – respect all performers in all disciplines. Not just the comedians. Get a grip already. Talent comes in many forms so deal with it and keep your trap shut. End of rant.

Will you be watching this season? Comments are now open for business. Let’s role everyone.

Thought it was a good show.

Nice to see that a music from an opera music and singers never fail to touch people on this show. Now if only the people who get goosebumps actually got curious enough to go to opera… oh well, I am dreaming.
