Recently, at the Teen Choice Awards, Ashton Kutcher was the recipient of the Ultimate Choice award.

However, in delivering his powerful acceptance speech, he gave us something even more valuable and life-changing by challenging us to build – and not live – our lives.

Influenced by the persona of the late Steve Jobs, Ashton Kutcher said that playing his character in the upcoming movie, “Jobs” was an incredible learning experience.

And so, he felt compelled – and thankfully so – to impart everything he did learn from studying the intricate life of one of the greatest minds in technology – Steve Jobs.

Have a listen to the video below – Ashton relays a powerful message that resonates with listeners of all ages. Although delivered at the Teen Choice Awards, his words apply to every person of every age and background.

Kudos to Ashton and thank you Steve for influencing the minds of young people even in the wake of your passing. Your legacy is strong and everlasting.
