  4. This isn’t about this thread, but I really wanted to post it somewhere here.

David Archuleta is currently on his own Christmas tour. During the two Salt Lake City shows, he sang “Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas” (which is a duet on his album) with none other than his mother Lupe! Besides the great vocals from both of them, the interaction between them is priceless.

    First show (11-24-09)

    Second show (11-25-09)

MCL – I would LOVE to know what you think of these performances, including Lupe’s vocals. Maybe this can be the next blog topic?!

  5. Forgive me, but here are some more David Archuleta masterpieces. He song with the Ann Arbor Symphony Orchestra on November 27, 2009. He performed Christmas carols as well as other songs. I will post three of my personal favorites.

Fields of Gold – I really hope he records this song sometime. I thought you should hear this one in particular, MCL.

    Ave Maria – Beyond words!

Crush – Never thought I’d hear an orchestra arrangement of this. Amazing rendition, especially the ending.

So there you have it, and there are links to more on fansofdavid.com. I would LOVE if you would review these three, MCL. Another blog topic, lol. No pressure though. ENJOY!

  11. MCL – I will look forward to your reviews, but most of all enjoy listening to these gems. I’m sorry about all thw typos and my five comments in a row because of them. Originally there was only one error I wanted to correct and in correcting it I made more…very frustrating. I realized last night I didn’t have to correct anything, but I’m really a perfectionist. Sometimes it kills me!
